SA BBQ Festival is South Africa's premier BBQ, fire-cooking, music and outdoor lifestyle event, bringing together food lovers, families, chefs, brands and artists to celebrate great food, live entertainment and authentic South African culture.

Taking place on 10^th October 2026 at Sandringham Farm in Stellenbosch, the festival combines world-class BBQ, live music, family entertainment and unforgettable outdoor experiences in the heart of the Cape Winelands.

Why is it called the SA BBQ Festival?

BBQ is the internationally recognised term for cooking with fire, while Braai is South Africa's unique tradition. The festival proudly celebrates both.

Will the festival be held in other provinces?

Our first edition takes place in Cape Town. We plan to expand to other provinces in future editions.
